"First time staying there, it was Easter weekend and there was construction going on Hammer Ing sledgehammers dirt and dust everywhere all kinds of materials, ladders boxes, tables, things in the hallway so you could barely pass with your suitcases. I don’t understand why they had to do construction at night as well, which was really hard to sleep for some of us. There was a constant weird ticking sound. I have no idea what that was from outside of a room, the concierge was rarely at the desk you had to call them for him to show up. There was no breakfast, but there was a restaurant there that separate from the hotel but part of it but all the staff was brand new. Didn’t really know what they’re doing took forever to get the food, but they were friendly and the food was decent. Some of the rooms were cold. Heat was not working. Some of the room smelled like cigarettes smoke."

"The check in was quick and the staff so friendly. The room was great and the bed comfortable. We had a great night sleep both nights. There was one very loud family letting their children run up and down the hall knocking on doors. Staff dealt with it right away. "
