Hmmmmm

The hotel is dated and in need of a refresh. It’s not accessible in terms of elevator for the second floor. The first room we had was very run-down and not overly clean. The air conditioner didn’t work and actually emitted a burn wire smell and blew hot air. The second room was cleaner however it appeared that maybe this room is used by the hotel to stay in?? Garbages had a few items in them, there were hangers in the bathroom tub, window sill, but the air conditioner was clean and worked great. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing though. Friendly, helpful, personable and professional.

Loved the ability to have a door to the outside and not just into a hallway. Also a nice outdoor seating area. And it was a pretty good breakfast too.

The actual location was nice and the bed was fairly clean. However, the restroom had a dirty towel in it and hair and other questionable things on the ground and surrounding area.

when we get there, our room wasn't ready yet so we had to wait for about half an hour, but the wait was worth it cause our room was clean, nice view, and it has a nice kitchen. front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. everything was great except for the breakfast, food wasn't good but we are not a huge breakfast eater anyway. would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and will definitely comeback to this hotel.

Perfect hotel for the Border music festival, literally within walking distance. Close to the border to cross and explore. The breakfast buffet was delicious, one of the best I've expereinced from a hotel with so many options and delicious.

We enjoyed that it was Harbourfront, we chose a premium exterior room and while the bed was fairly comfortable the pillows were too big and the bathroom was tiny. It’s a budget hotel, it was fine nothing over the moon. We didn’t get to eat breakfast as the hours ended at 9am which is too early. I most likely won’t stay here again as for $25 more elsewhere would be better IMO. Thx

Mediocre/average/ok overall. For the staff, if you have a family of 4 checking in, at least provide enough towels in the room so I don’t have to chase you over such things. The room was alright overall. Breakfast was ok too. Property is next to a beautiful park but no easily accessible good food places nearby
