I went for five days and I spent a whole day arguing with the hotel i gave the hotel 150 dollars for the deposit of the room and payed for 2 night all inclusive 1100pesos for 2 pepole and the staff worker did not give me a receipt because he said it is all registered in the system do not believe them always ask for your receipt the next day as i ask the fromt desk when can i get my bracelet to eat at the buffet and she tells me that i have not payed and in the system is shows thats i have nothing and didnt give 150 dollars deposit i was so confused spend a whole day trying to figure out what happened the worker shows up to work the next day he says he left the money in the cash box etc very bad Service wont be going back to that hotel again and then i had a incident with their restaurant The waitress says he gave me a discount and to give him a good tip which I did and 30 minutes later I get a knock on my hotel room door scard me wasn't expecting anyone saying he charger me wrong and i owed another 40 dollars and he was sweating and very nervous he told me not to tell the hotel because he can lose his job save yourselfe a horrible hotel and book somewhere else beware and be warned

Never staying here again
There was a roach in my room. All the employees did not want any outside food or even snack to be taken inside the hotel. They wanted us to ONLY consume what was sold inside the hotel. I bought some snacks in the beach to take to my room and they followed me to my room telling me that I couldn't do that. I immediately checked out from the hotel at that moment

The hotel was not at all that it appeared on line the adult swim up bar had kids with dirty diapers in it and was small, the beach was littered with trash, the ocean had garbage floating in it, the hotel was old, you had to ask the swim up bar all the time to turn on the water fall. The elevators did not work 3/4 of the time we had to climb 8 flights of stairs and the floors were wet and my wife slipped and fell. Our friends waited 28 min @ the 17 floor and almost missed the flight out. The dinner was another story needless to say we all ate out every night. If we could have gotten out of this hell hole and got our money back we would have gone to another hotel Not to mention Acapulco was very dirty, my wife and along with 4 others out of group contracted a parasite. SO MY ADVICE TO YOU IS DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL LET ALONE ACAPULCO!!!!!

Should of spent more money on a hotel stay
1.elevators literally took 15 min to arrive. only two worked for a 20 story building. Took the stairs most of the time. 2. the pool was rented out. ...bus loads of kids from different schools were in the pool. 3. only 1 bar available at any given time. 4. Breakfast was great but all other meals were very poor quality. 5. Literally ran the hot water in the shower for 15 min before water became warm so you could shower. Unfortunately I should have spent more money on a different hotel.

Best hotel in the best location right on the beach
Highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great, the staff, the bartenders take good care of you at the bars or even right on the beach. Ask for Nicolas at the beachside cabana pool bar! Rooms were very nice and have the best views both day and night!
