Je me suis presente et je n'ai meme pas couche , j'ai quitte pour aller m'heberger dans un autre hotel ,, car odeur nauseabond de puanteur de poisson , c'est normal l'hotel c'est une poissonnerie au rez de chausse d'ou est situe la reception et l'entree pour la piscine ,la piscine avec ses belles photos , voyez mes photos et vous comprendrez . La porte des chambres muni d'une simple poignee des annees 50 avec bouton poussoir comme barrure . Ah oui si comme moi vos valises sont pesantes , pas d'acenseur et les chambres sont aux niveau superieur , la mienne que l'ont ma offert etait aux 4'iemme etage et n'insistez pas pour changer ( pas possible ) de plus oublie l'aide d'un valet pour vous aider , douche de camping mieux que leur douches . Je ne penses qu'expedia devrait aviser que ce genre d'hotel ne s'adresse pas aux touristes normal , c' est plutot un gite ( pas un hotel c'est certain que non ) pour trabailleurs Mexicain sans vouloir les denigrer. Je suis allez a one hotel pres de l'aeroport , pas impeccable , par contre vraiment superieur .

Precisa melhorar MUITO

A localização próxima ao aeroporto é o único ponto positivo para voos bem cedo, que foi meu caso. Mas além de Oxxo e um mercado, não há nada por perto, nem o shopping que diz que há por lá estava funcionando, já que desde o furacão em 2023 encontra-se totalmente fechado. Os funcionários são o básico, não posso dizer que são prestativos nem amigáveis, pois tive que pedir duas vezes por uma toalha que estava faltando, me colocaram num quarto que a luz do banheiro não estava funcionando. Tive que tomar banho no escuro e somente 4h após o check in apareceu alguém da manutenção e arrumou, sendo que logo que entrei eles mesmos me avisaram que havia esse problema. Mas deixou uma sujeira imensa. Não recebi um desconto nem pedido de desculpas. Pelo contrário, e cobraram extra no check in por ter duas pessoas no quarto, dizendo que só havia reservado para uma. Em todos os hotéis, a não ser que tenha café da manhã, o preço é o mesmo para uma ou duas pessoas, já que a cama é de casal e as comodidades são exatamente as mesmas. A piscina precisa de manutenção. O fundo estava sujo e cheia de insetos. Na foto, essa área parece bonita, mas justo atrás dela (na parte que não aparece na foto) existe um depósito lotado de tralhas, que ficam expostas, sem porta nem cortina. É um ambiente zero convidativo. Também há um barco abandonado no jardim, que não aparece na foto. O jardim é um espaço que está bem cuidado, mas não há um banco sequer e gatos ficam circulando para fazer suas necessidades ali.
