The room has refurbished part yet some really outdated part, eg the room door doesn't properly so there was a lot of banging noise. Also the sound proofness isn't too good

It took 3 room changes in middle of the night to get one where the glass patio doors didn’t rattle despite me stuffing with tissues and locks and handles loose. Not an isolated case as others also complained at breakfast and the drafts caused whistling and the curtains to blow outwards. Staff were very understanding and accommodated my move each time but not much sleep. Also walls thin so noisy neighbours
The room was quite dusty when I first check in. The fridge has stain. So I literary has to clean the room especially the table top and shelves.
I stayed for 14 nights but there was no free taxi to the airport while I check other hotel they do offer free taxi services to the airport.
The staff were friendly and very helpful to attend to my request though.
