No staff , no amenities and should not be booked. We had to call and wait forever anytime we needed something. Doors slamming all night, even though we didn’t see anybody or cars. Truly disappointed in this hotel visit and hotel.

Service absolutely sucked. The person behind the counter had an attitude when my boyfriend asked if there was any pest problems pillows were flat and sheets were filthy there wasn’t even a breakfast when we woke up not to mention the tv remote barely worked at all we will not be staying here again. We were also forced to pay 100 deposit for the room that we were never even told about prior to getting the room. If possible i would like a full refund for how poorly we were treated

Upon arriving, we found out the pool was closed, which was the only reason we had booked this hotel. We decided to cancel our reservation, not check in, and go elsewhere. Since we booked through Expedia, staff told us we had to request a refund through them. Expedia had not refunded us because they cannot get in touch with anyone at the hotel to confirm that we didn't check in therefore we are just out our money, even though staff had said she "approved our request" while we were there. I've also tried calling multiple times and each time I hit the number to send me to the front desk, the phone hangs up. Poor communication and honestly the whole situation was sketchy and the hotel looked torn up inside in different places.

The hotel did not provide room key the entire week due to electric power outage. This caused an issue to get into the room more than once due to maintenance not on grounds with the master key. Also came back to hotel on second night, looking like door was broken into with door being open, not protecting petsonal items. Pool and hot tub out of order for what appeared to be construction of putting new tile in the hall leading to that area. No reason to close those amenities, for laying tile. Lay a carpet during operating hours when not having work done. Overall experince unsatisfactory.

They charge an extra $100 deposit that isn't included in the listing. They didn't charge me bc I told them that I don't smoke so I won't be smoking in the room. They have two elevators. One was broken when we got there... The other broke the day we left.

This hotel was advertised as newly renovated. This was far from being renovated. I don't call fresh paint renovated. Windows don't lock. Door entrance barely shut - lock matbe. No shampoo provided. Breakfast was gone at 7.30 am. Pool closed If you can find another place to stay, it has to be better than this place.

Unfortunately our stay here was not one that would bring me back. Our room had stains on the bed as well someone else's hair in the sheets. We asked for a new room and were given one, but the door was semi-broken, causing the deadbolt to not be able to lock. We also had to go up and down from the 3rd floor to the front desk several times due to either an issue with the room or an issue with the key cards. Once we got our new room, there were still stains on the bedspread and dark brown hairs in one of the pillows (neither of us have dark brown hair. We saw it later as we were getting ready for bed and pulled the pillow in front of it out if the way). The toilet had some clearly unscrubbed parts with yellow residue and the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned all the way to the edges. I do want to say that the staff we talked with was very friendly and accommodating. Our issues are more with whoever is maintaining the hygiene of the rooms. I think this hotel could be a very nice stay for the price if these hygienic details were paid more attention to.

Room clean and staff friendly. The first night people slamming doors and knocking on doors in the hall all night. They left the next day. The ice machine on the third floor has a bad leak floor wet. Had a great 3 day stay.

The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The door would barely shut. The ice machine leaked water all over the floor so much that the hall carpet was soaked. The employees were all so nice tho! For the price we paid compared to other hotels in the area, it wasn’t too bad
just not as nice as we would have liked.

I was unable to stay because they didnt have a room for me. My granddaughters birthday was ruined.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

This was the most horrible experience. Room door locks fell off and doors could easily be pushed open we took pictures to show how the conditions were all upper floor windows had no screens no features to keep bugs out or minors from falling out because windows could open fully. Internet was shotty, cable was always flickering if the tv was even connected to cable. Phones did not work in or out calls so local authorities could not be reached if emergency was to arise. Hotels dot com should be ashamed to have this place in their listings as there were no managers on duty they have not had a manager for over two weeks and when you guys hotel . Com tried to reach them no one answered the phone. They took two deposits for incidentals. Saying they would take the double charge I'm still waiting! This was a first rate scam of everything terrible pool hot tub broke pictures shown of the hotel must have from another venue because DAMN! Please please remove them from your listing because many others who tried to check in waited over 30 min for front desk help who was busy cleaning rooms for their stay at 9:30 pm that nite because they had no one to clean them prior to their arrival. This gets worse but thats enough. Ps if you want pictures of the joint cause its no hotel i have real pics that should be shown to save others from that disaster if a hotel HA!
