Everyone was super friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. I did chose this hotel over another because your fitness facility looked like it had more. However, the left side of the cable machine was broke and there were only 3 attachments to it( 2 handles I had to fix and a bar that couldn’t be used) and the Peloton wouldn’t connect. I will be traveling to Albany more often and would like to stay again if the equipment in the fitness center is fixed.

Finally a hotel bathroom with a fan! Very comfortable bed, guest laundry facilities, restaurant in the hotel with great variety of choices, and a most convenient location for theatre goers.

I did not end up staying here. After arrival and check in (where they did not tell us the pool was not working, we saw a sign on the pool that it was not working..) went back to front desk and switched to their sister hotel the Hampton Inn. Hope i am not going to be charged for this
