First room we asked to be moved because of a barking dog right next to us!! 2nd room had bed bugs. We were so discussed we left and drove home. Nothing about that place would ever interest me to go back. EVER!

Most importantly, the staff were doing the best they could. Red Roof Inn needs to invest some money to update and refurbish the hotel, and hire sufficient housekeeping staff. We were looking for a budget hotel, and have previously stayed at Red Roof. Nothing fancy, but clean and well-maintained. This location damaged their reputation.

Staff were very helpful! Rooms, I mean rooms we moved twice were not good at all. First room smelled like a dead body was in the tiny fridge, drawers dirty. Second room Black mold behind toilet, tub leaked all out to main door walls were scrapped up pretty bad visually not appealing.

Parking convenient, desk staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless without a nasty odor that many motels have. The heat worked well in the room, and felt safe from the time arrived until the time I left.
