Great hotel - great bikes available for free, love the ambient lighting options in the room. Massive and very comfortable beds and loved the rainfall slower with perfect temperature control. All in all excellent. Could have done with some more obvious power sockets but not a big deal.

The check in was very easy. The staff members were all friendly and eager to help. Check out also easy. Loved the iPad in the room to work the lights and blinds. The location is very close to the train station which makes it very easy to get around Amsterdam!

Great location if you want to been the south of the city - very close to the Amsterdam South train station. Overall, a nice clean hotel ideal for business travel with short stays. Only downside was that there was just 1 member of staff at the bar and took a very long time to get served. Its a shame you cannot order food to your room.

The room was quite fascinating as a smart room and its features were exciting. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. The bedrooms felt like there could have been a bit of a deeper clean especially on surfaces and the floor and the shower did drip continuously which was quite loud during the nights which woke us up annoyingly, the tv was also quite difficult to connect to apps and didn’t work so well connecting, but the staff were above and beyond helpful!
