Arrival was a bit jarring as there was a person in our room when we opened the door. This has never happened to us before and we never did get a satisfactory explanation as to why this happened. That said, this was probably an anomaly as the rest of our stay was really good and we enjoyed this property and its amenities. Staff were all very professional.

Great quality apartment, fabuously comfy bed. Spacious and well appointed. Very friendly reception staff. Wellness suite such a bonus - sauna, steam room and foot bath. Local shops and buses 5 minutes walk away. Nice quiet area, easy to get in to Amsterdam by no 22 or 48 bus, or cycle. Would definitely book again.

Amazing hotel, but service was poor

The restaurant staff, (particularly breakfast staff) were not very welcoming or attentive at all, the girl who served us got most of the order wrong and we had to continue to get up and go and find someone to ask for condiments etc The quality and presentation of the food was actually quite poor considering it’s such a lovely new hotel.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need, full kitchen and an amazing restaurant downstairs. Like first class all the way. Absolutely would stay here again highly recommend.

The rooms were clean but could have used a little maintenance. The design and layout was nice. Very poorly lit rooms. The shower leaks into the bathroom when in use. A negative was the lack of daily room cleaning.

Fabulous Stay-Staff-Facilities-Location

Great room with full kitchen and Nespresso coffee service in room. Complimentary bikes was super helpful. Located within walking distance of Amsterdam Central. The Spa is included and fantastic with mineral salt foot soak and state of the art fitness center. Highly recommend without reservation!!
