Fantastic stay

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were all super friendly. We got our room early at 11am arriving for check in. The hotel was clean, close to trams to Amsterdam Central within about 6 minutes. Great location. The breakfast had a large offering compared to a previous hotel I stayed in in Amsterdam a few weeks earlier. Plenty of hot food with sausages, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns and bitterballen which is rare in hotels in Amsterdam. Room was good with all the amenities you would need. Air conditioning was perfect in the room. Highly recommend, will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful. So was breakfast ….excellent. Bedroom on the smallish side. Had a hard time with our two suitcases. Central Station only minutes away by tram. It costs 65 Euros to pay taxi driver to go to the airport. Staff was very responsive when asked a question.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms. Tram just a few steps away from hotel. Take tram # 26 to central station. Only 3 stops. A couple of grocery stores a short distance from hotel.

Great stay - staff were super welcoming and kind, very helpful. Rooms were big and very clean, the bathrooms were great, having the AC during the heatwave was a lifesaver. Location was okay, just a bit out of the way - across the road from the metro so very convenient, but it would take 10-15min at least to get to the city centre. Nice area, good breakfast, would recommend.

Very nice hotel

Older property but well maintained and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the service. Less than one block to the tram so very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, we have just come back from a memorable trip, staying at the Hampton by Hilton, Amsterdam. The location is very convenient for Amsterdam Central, tram stop opposite and five minute journey to Centraal Station. Surprisingly easy to get to from Schipol. Evening meal options were a bit limited but breakfast was excellent. Staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Milan, a wealth of helpful local knowledge. Would happily stay here if visiting Amsterdam again

Great hotel, great location.

Second stay at this hotel. Staff Friendly and helpful. Great breakfast on offer but there was more of a selection on our last stay. Room clean and comfortable. Great location. This hotel is only 3 stops on the tram from central station . Will definitely go back.

Value for money hotel

Fantastic staff, rooms comfy with bottle of water replaced daily. Breakfast excellent so much choice from smoothies, yogurts, waffles, pastries, and cooked foods. Pizzas cooked in the evening and a well stocked bar with nibbles & drinks. Although 3 tram stops away from central station was easy to negotiate with the gvb travel card bought in the UK. Very knowledgeable staff especially Karolina who helped with our travel queries and lovely lady who assisted with breakfast Marchui each day.
