We stayed one night and unfortunately, the guest in the room above us was very loud. Playing music, talking and walking around. We selected this hotel for several reasons, one of which is that they advertised soundproof rooms. These rooms are not at all soundproofed. I do feel the staff did their best to manage the situation, but it was a problem in the early evening and then again in the middle of the night - around 3 o’clock in the morning. For this reason, I would not stay at this hotel again.

We booked in here after a very rough night in a bad hotel. It was a different level, staff were professional and helpful. The room was better than we expected with everything you might need. Would stay here again without a second thought.

Great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the atmosphere was lovely. AMAZING shower with very soft water. The location was great for me and very walkable. Though in a popular area, the road itself, is a quiet one. The only thing I must say is that the floors are slightly creaky, so the neighbours above can be a bit noisy!

Lovely quiet room. Warm, comfortable bed. Great staff. Brilliant housekeeping. Toiletries lovely. Blackout curtains are great. Slept amazingly Could do with Cupboards or shelves for clothes. Just a rail and hooks in our room. A little fridge would have been nice. Overall fantastic hotel Loved it x

Location to as great! In the middle of all of it, stunning hotel and rooms overlooking the canals, breakfast was good selection, I had a fall in the hotel and team was very attentive and helpful. I'm sad we had to leave, would highly recommend to all.

It was a nice hotel but I'm giving 4 stars because the Aircon controls in the room were complicated to adjust, there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, the bathroom and the shower were separate and the shampoo and body wash were fixed in the shower. And I paid extra to have a balcony but the balcony doors were sealed and none of the windows were openable so I couldn't get fresh air into the room.
