The hotel was in a fantastic location (China town) it was clean and very comfortable. The staff were great my only negative is the hallway stairwells and rooms are far to dark which is such a shame.

Lovely, kitschy hotel conveniently located to the train station and many great restaurants. Excellent breakfast and well appointed rooms. I am a vegan and the server during breakfast made a point of finding some I could eat.

The Mai Amsterdam was a perfect selection for our overnight stay on Amsterdam. Its location is found with ease. Its staff is welcoming and helpful. The area is located close to wonderful eateries and local sites. We were so pleased!

This is perhaps the best hotel in the red light district, which is at the edge of the red light district - quite but within the famed district, and very close to Amsterdam central-good locatipn.

Excellent location; clean around the hotel and in the rooms; lovely decor in the rooms and hotel; mattress is firm and comfortable; bathroom and shower facilities are clean and well maintained; rooms are spacious and modern. Would stay here when I return to Amsterdam.

Great location, close to both the station but also ideally situated for exploring Amsterdam. Hotel was clean and tidy, everything we needed for a short break away without children. Staff were friendly and hotel had a lovely outlook onto one of the canals which was fab to wake up to. Would recommend and would go back again.

Was a great stay, hotel was lovely. Only minor issue we had was the toilet flush cover slipped so the smaller flush wouldn’t work. Location was amazing since it was so close to the red light district & the main shopping area but was still a very quiet street right next to the canal. Would definitely recommend:
