Staff was really nice and helpful and location was great but the hotel itself wasn't in the best condition. Shower door broken, marks all over the walls, stained bedding, stick carpet, broken floor boards etc. Not the luxury we expected for the price we paid.

Location is great. Rooms are miniscule and the small double that we had should be sold as a single room. Beds are comfy. Hotels is overdue a refurbishment. Bring slippers as they do not provide them and bedroom floors are dirty. Perhaps instead of a useless basket and basketball place some amenties in the room. For the stylish boutique brand it aspires to be, it still has some work to do. Af the moment its a nice budget hotel with a mid market price.
