Good location. Friendly front desk staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good in room coffee. Good laundry facility. Lousy, lousy housekeeping service. We stayed for 7 nights and our room was cleaned ONCE. WE EVEN REMINDED ROOM CLEANERS TO CLEAN OUR ROOM TO NO AVAIL. WE secured clean towels every afternoon from the carts ourselves. We removed our own rubbish from our room. This was the only black mark but it’s a major one.

Great location downtown

Excellent hotel. Only negative is that they do not have microwaves in the room. That's a given for most hotels. Enjoyed my stay and the beds were so comfortable. Will come back.

Great value. Only thing missing was a microwave in the room. There is one in the lobby. Not sure if I got a free upgrade but there was a sitting room in my room that I did not expect, complete with a door separating it from the sleeping area. Complete with a second TV. Very nice!

Great stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance to some attractions in city centre. Staff friendly and supportive. And the room is excepcional, spacious, confortable, with a living room, fridge, Coffee, plus.... Today they gave us a free complimentary breakfast. And the restaurant very recommrnded.
