I love how family friendly, welcoming, and cozy the lodge is. We spent at least an hour or two playing games by the fire. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable.

No elevator....hard for folks over 70 to carry suitcases up all those stairs, staff not particularly helpful, no restaurant on site and no restaurants of a half way decent quality nearby

Property indicated that they were pet friendly but we were essentially turned away when a room that didn’t indicate it was not pet friendly was booked. Hotel turned us away and refused to refund payment of nearly $600! Outrageous!

The room was clean, the bed was really comfy, and the lodge decor was perfect for the mountains. The staff member that helped us was very nice and went above and beyond to assist us. I would definitely stay here again
