When I arrived I thought I was at the wrong place. It looked abandoned from the outside. The staff was friendly at checking and with all interactions with them. The lobby looked fine. The rooms were dated and the hallway was not very clean. The elevator had missing buttons. My room looked dated and found remnants of some kind of huge bug in the room.

Not at all what was pictured. Upon entry the room reeked of smoke, the bedding was clearly stained and had wet spots, did not appear to have been laundered. The couch was filthy and also had wet spots. The toilet was not in working order nor was the ac in the room.

The staff made up for the room, honestly D'Angelo made me and mom feel like family. The other staff we interacted with were just as nice. But the room was not as expected and no trash liners, bathroom was not clean upon arrival. But it was quiet and the breakfast was the best I've ever had. Small problems tgat can be fixed, the price is good, and the arra is close to everything you need.

Walking in I was really impressed the lobby looked nice the staff was very friendly. I checked in and got to my room and once I walked in I was blasted by a wave of hot air. First thing I do is walk over to the ac control panel to see if it’s in. It is locked set to 68 but it stayed 78-80 degrees the entire stay I had to use a fan I brought from home to stay cool. There was some pretty poor repair jobs on some of the roof/wall Sheetrock which is only cosmetic but still stood out. I also did see a cockroach in the room but only the one. Overall I feel like this place has a lot of potential it just needs some work.

I would of given this Hotel a 3 star. The hotel was nice and staff was actually very friendly and welcoming. We had a situation with roaches in our room which was very disturbing and hair in the towels. They moved us right away to another room to which a few things were broken. They fixed it right away and were apologetic and told us one night would be free for the inconvenience. I thought it was very lovely until expedia tried to contact them multiple times as did I to approve the refund since I already had paid. They didn't approve it nor returned my calls or Expedia. I think its very distasteful to lie and tell a client they're going to give them a free night and then ghost them. We didn't ask for it they offered the free night. So even tho they were nice i find them to be rude and disrespectful for that so won't stay here again. If they tell you that Make sure to reslove the problem before you leave.
