I was in for a conference at Emory. It was close enough that I was able to walk each day that it was nice outside. Beautiful area and peaceful. The place is just as described in the listing. Would 100% stay again
I stayed at this property while visiting CDC for work. This is a cute little cottage in a lovely neighborhood, with shops, Emory and CDC not too far away. I had some issues at check out related to being given a pet cleaning charge despite not having a pet with me (was travelling from overseas). This required escalation to get resolved but the outcome was satisfactory.
The Studio was a great find. I needed a place for the summer in Atlanta, and it was perfect for one person. It was a little hot at times, but that comes with the summer heat in Atlanta, but the fan they provided was excellent! Definitely recommend it for a person who is looking a for a small place in Atlanta for an extended period of time.
Clean, small cottage behind the âmain houseâ. Driveway a little difficult to navigate with multiple cars. My first night it was very cold outside, thus also cold in the cottage as thereâs no central A/C. Ended up buying a space heater. After that, was a good enough space for me and my dogs just visiting family in town so we were only really there to sleep.
Terrible!! It is a detached garage with no inssulation and with a bed that needs to be replaced
We spend the worse 7 days. Very uncomfortable sleeping due to a completely bend bed, lack of proper heating, together with strong bang sounds that came from the ceiling. We had to wait more than two hours for a handyman to repair the only hanger. Insufficient towels and no blankets and dirty and old area carpets, so we had no choice but to buy our own. We spoke to a couple of people regarding the place conditions, but were told they did not have a authority to make a decision. We took pictures wherever we could and had to stay in the place because we could no afford to make the additional expense. I can assure you that I would not recommend anyone to stay in this place. Which is more, I would never imagine how a company like VRBO would provide such a poor quality service and ruin someone vacations.
