During dinner meal I asked for simple extra celery and carrots with my meal. The waitress simple just bought my food and left. I asked why didn't I receive extra celery she shrugged shoulders and said I told him. For the price of that chicken which wasnt tasty at all an extra celery stalk was too much. The room was extremely humid to the point I couldn't even enjoy my "skyline" view just horrid. Not to mention the check in drama

The staff was very considerate of my stay and all my requests. My favorite part was the convenience shop on the main floor for quick accessible meals and microwave access. It is a bit awkward to enter a lavish lobby when you only want to hear up a quick meal, if they had more microwave areas on other floors, that would have been great.
