Very clean with helpful staff, a little easier to navigate than the Marriott but it would be nice if there were more signs so you don’t get lost. The views were nice though.

It was really dirty and not as clean as advertised. To begin with, when we arrived there was a wet spot on the floor that didn’t dry for hours. That’s a hazard for us as we have a one year that walks around and didn’t want them to be around it which was hard to do. It could be water but it could be something else. You never know. Then the rooms flooring is uneven and the carpet is done horribly. Also the entertainment center was disgusting. You couldn’t even move the tray as it hasn’t been dusted under in forever. Then there was gum under the desk which is also another major hazard for my child. Disgusting. Then Saturday morning at around 9-10 am the entire building and room was shaking because of a parade of some sort. We were on the 17th floor. It’s insane it shook our room that badly and woke us and our child. And lastly we were racially discriminated against by a family of the opposite race as we were all waiting on an elevator and as soon as we got on with them they told their family to get off just because we got on. Overall I am very upset as I wasted my money and time on this place. I have videos of some my complaints if needed.

Somehow, housekeeping skipped cleaning my room. I left about 9am, even spoke with the person with the cart in the hallway. I returned after 9pm, and the room had not been touched. I checked with the front desk, who said they should have done it. Someone was sent up at about 10pm. I paid $60 per night for valet. The second night, it was crowded but I had to park my own car out front. I then took the keys inside where someone was just standing at the valet booth. I told him that no one was out there. He said they left to park the cars. I didn’t ask him why he was standing at the desk instead of helping. Outside my window, I had a good view. I looked down and saw a basketball court, a Motel 6 and some place called Candyland. I googled it. You should, too.

Back story: I booked on a third party site Expedia. I arrived at the hotel and was told my reservation was cancel. So the front desk personnel told me that I need to reach out tho them. I step out the line to called Expedia. I spoke w/Ms Ana, she stated that they didn’t cancel and in fact I was due in. So she called and spoke with a Cedric he didn’t know why as well, there wasn’t notes stating why?! As Expedia came back online I remained calm. I go back to the front desk got a different agent. Let me tell Ms Jada was the most sweetest, politest person ever. Jada showed she care, she informed us that she’ll get us booked,but couldn’t honor my rates that was much cheaper on Expedia “which was clearly their fault”! As the night audit ran my card and it decline so Hilton just automatically canceled it which isn’t right. SN: Please in near future contact the guest first before canceling very simple thing and courtesy thing to do, most credits are locked due to theft so when a transaction is made and declined please notify them! So by this being said please never show a I don’t care attitude when clearly it was the hotel fault. I want to give a kudos to Ms JADA SHE ROCK!! As a reservation representative myself I deal with all situations an handle them just as politely and sweet like Jada did! Overall she gave the Hilton a 10********** she went above and beyond like I told her, the little things COUNT and always get noticed! And for this I WANT TO THANK HER! Thank you Jada

The area I stayed at was quiet and clean and staff was friendly. There was a false alarm fire alarm at 2am the last night I stayed which was a bit frustrating but overall a good stay.
