Reserved a room months before, I confirmed reservation was all set a week before trip. After traveling for several hrs I was curtly told that no rooms were available because the hotel had sold out. What?! Front desk person told me that they were “working” on getting me a room and will call you when we have something. There was no “we are very sorry” or apologetic tone. It was more like “too bad, it’s the way it is”. Like I was to blame for showing up. And, yes, it was after check-in time. I made a last minute direct reservation at a nearby hotel and cancelled the reservation. HIGHLY recommend anyone to look elsewhere. Also, I have used Travelocity several time, but after this kluge, I see no benefit at all in using them over booking directly with the hotel (I got a better price calling directly)

Everything was great except the shuttle service. They didn’t say you had to call and schedule a ride. We waited over an hour! It was freezing outside, then they were late.

Good price and a good nights rest
This hotel seems to be a little older but has been updated. The beds, bath and room in general were clean and comfortable. The smell of the unit was clean—no perfumes or air freshener kind of smell. My negative is that the unit just really needed a deep clean—carpet, bath floor, outside of tub caulking door jams. The breakfast was very good. I felt like everything that needed to be really clean was, but just need a good deep clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

NEVER COMING BACK
When I first got there it me three times to get into my room because every card they made for me wouldn’t open my door. The staff accommodated me and moved me to another room. Friday night early Saturday morning my car was broken into and I had some items stolen from me and my friend who had come by to see me had his vehicle broken into as well. We both had to buy new windows for our vehicles and a police report was filed. Due to you guys’ refund policy I couldn’t receive my money back for the second night of my stay. I left early because I didn’t feel safe at your property any longer.
