Shower was broken, sprayed water all over bathroom and floor. House keeping was rude, front desk person told me I couldn’t do a later check out and I got online to check out and there was an option to do so. Also he was rude and came to my door 10 mines before check out and said he was making sure I was leaving…. Breakfast was horrible. Hotel is not the cleanest, the entire hotel also had a smell.. would never stay here again.

The Hotel was a great place to stay, breakfast was a best thing but could use a change to the menu every couple of days, overall great!!!

The air freshener in the lobby was very, very strong- enough to make me hold my breath, praying for the elevator to hurry up. Our room was clean, and the bed slept well, but randomly, the smoke alarm would beep, and there was a high pitched squeal coming from behind the toilet every few minutes the entire weekend. Every step we took in the room made a lamp move and squeak, because it wasn't secured to the desk. The TV remote only worked the volume and power.

As expected only better!

We specifically chose this hotel for location and being pet friendly. With the exception of a sticky spot on the carpet in the living room, the room was impeccably clean. The staff was cordial and welcoming, and the breakfast was fine. The room was very quiet in spite of the close proximity to I-85.

Had some confusion and trouble on the first night of a four night stay that I won't get into, but kudos to the staff who were very helpful during our visit. It's a La Quinta. Nothing fancy, but it was pretty clean and worked out well for us. Thank you to the staff. Did not get to try the breakfast which was included.

Found long strings of hair under,the sheets at the bottom on the bed. Hallway and room had a old dingy smell and TV did not work. Staff at front desk was very professional and friendly. This is not a property that I would be willing to revisit. Room furniture questionable. Housekeeping was knocking at the door at 10:56 am ,check,out time is at 11.

The staff is what elevates this property. I checked in after midnight and the front desk person (believe his name was Kivi) greeted me with such a warm upbeat welcome and told me all about the amenities and wished me a great night’s sleep realizing how tired I was. Kindness at the end of a long day is priceless. All the staff I encountered in the morning were also very nice. It’s typical 3 star lodging but the great price, location to Emory, and staff would make me book again
