We had a good stay. The house had clean, barely used amenities. Hot water gets hot and heat/ac works great. Lots of space for our group of eight. Kids are allowed and the house also has a travel crib if needed. Has fully equipped kitchen with laundry dishwasher microwave serveware cookware paper towels etc. Rooms have lots of privacy and there is a rooftop deck. Air mattress worked great. Queen sized. Straightforward check in and check out. Keypad entry front door and garage. Close to restaurants less than 5 minute walk from toast restaurant. Neighborhood was safe some noise at night from the street but not bad. Host was accessible and responsive. Not intrusive. No parties allowed. We were pretty loud with kids and had no issues during the day. 2 car garage parking. No street parking in front of the house as its strictly by permit. 2 min from atlantic station.
