Three comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, countertop microwave, and a small gas stove. This pet friendly home includes a completely enclosed outdoor patio area.



Welcome to our charming and eclectic 1935 home, a spacious 2100 sq ft retreat perfect for your next getaway! Nestled in a serene location, this historic property offers a unique blend of vintage charm and modern comfort, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or anyone seeking a distinctive escape.



As you approach, you`ll notice the lush greenery.

Upon arrival, your main entry point will be the back door, leading you directly into the heart of the home. While there is a front door, guests will need to enter through the back and then unlock the front door from the inside if they wish to use it for future exits or entries. This system ensures a smooth and secure arrival for all our guests.



Parking is available, though it requires a bit of care due to the driveway`s unique configuration. The driveway is quite narrow, so it`s best suited for small trucks or compact cars. It can comfortably accommodate small vehicles, but guests are encouraged to park cautiously, as there are concrete sides along certain sections of the driveway. Additionally, street parking is usually available for one to two cars, providing extra convenience. Please be aware that there is no garage access for guests.



The home features three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. Upstairs, the expansive master bedroom is a true sanctuary, furnished with two comfortable queen-sized beds, perfect for a restful night`s sleep. This room also includes a small workout bench for those who wish to stay active during their stay, and a large office desk, which also serves as the hub for our internet connection. The master bedroom enjoys the privacy of an attached full bathroom.



Downstairs, you`ll find the remaining two bedrooms, sharing a convenient hallway bathroom. One of these bedrooms is equipped with a queen bed. The other downstairs bedroom is perfect for younger guests or those who enjoy a playful touch, featuring a bunk bed with twin mattresses.



Beyond the bedrooms, our home offers several inviting common areas. The dining room features a generously sized table that comfortably seats six people, ideal for family meals or lively conversations. For those needing to catch up on work or simply enjoy a quiet space, an additional office is located downstairs, complete with several chairs and another office desk.



One of the most unique and beloved features of our home is the vast collection of nearly 1000 books thoughtfully arranged on various bookshelves throughout the house. We warmly invite our guests to browse and read any of these books, providing an unparalleled opportunity for literary exploration and relaxation.



For your convenience, a washer and dryer are readily available, situated near the back entry door, which conveniently leads into the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up, a countertop microwave for quick snacks, and a small gas stove with four burners.



Step outside to discover a completely enclosed outdoor patio area, a delightful screened-in porch located on the side of the home. Furnished for comfort, this space is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, unwinding with a book, or simply soaking in the fresh air without the bother of insects.



Please be aware that certain areas of the property are not accessible to guests for safety and privacy reasons. This includes a large storage shed, which will be locked. Additionally, the basement, equipped with a combination lock, and five attic doors in the upstairs master bedroom, also secured with combination locks, are strictly off-limits to both guests and cleaning staff.

This tree-lined neighborhood offers a walkable environment, a strong community vibe with a neighborhood organization, and is home to popular local events and dining options, including the famous Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q.



The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located 12.4 miles from the property.



There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.



Please note the following important information before booking:

Also, this is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.



We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, towels, and rags will be provided. We do not provide soaps, shampoos, etc. ever since COVID.



Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.



Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.

- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.

- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- This property is pet friendly!!!
