A Wonderful Stay at The Westin Buckhead

From the moment I arrived at The Westin Buckhead Atlanta, I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was warm, the accommodations were pristine, and every member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Aronta Tucker, the Front Office Director. From our very first interaction, Aronta demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and care. He was attentive, efficient, and made sure every detail of my stay was handled with excellence. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated, but Aronta truly sets the standard. The room was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable, with all the thoughtful amenities that make a stay feel like a home away from home. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Buckhead, steps from great dining, shopping, and entertainment options. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and its team. If you’re planning a visit to Atlanta and want a luxurious, stress-free experience, The Westin Buckhead is absolutely the place to be. And if you have the pleasure of meeting Aronta Tucker during your stay, know that you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

Best hotel to stay for Peachtree Road Race

I flew the red eye from LAX and arrived there around 5am on July 3rd to run the Peachtree10K on the 4th of July. I was going to ask if they could store my luggage until i could check-in, but the front desk clerk was so caring and understanding of my exhausted state, she found me a room and I was able to check-in early. The room was lovely and everyone from the front desk staff, the gentleman near the valet area, to the bartenders at The Cafe, 100% first rate. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to race again.

Staff was first class! Lobbies and rooms were generally upscale. A/C never got room cold enough. Requested fan and got a box fan on its last leg. Traffic during AJC Peachtree expo was terrible. Took an hour and half to get from Lennox Mall to hotel.

Avoid

The hotel has extremely poor service, is dated, and attracts party-goers so you won't get an ounce of sleep. Worst part: if you book a few rooms under your name, they will not let you even add a guest name to your rooms, essentially making the rooms unusable. I've never had such poor service at a Westin.
