The room itself was fine. The breakfast wasn’t great if you are vegan. Very few choices. Great gym. Pool wasn’t the cleanest. Also at check-in they tried to charge us for breakfast even though we had already paid for it when booking with Expedia.

The staff was absolutely lovely. There was a bit of an issue with my room but they addressed it right away and gifted me a bottle of wine for the issue. The facilities were really beautiful, bet the hot tub wasn't very hot. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great hotel and staff very friendly And helpful. Very high standard hotel I had a huge problem with my phone , not the hotel accountability to help at all , but a gentlemen called jack who was a porter could see I had the worse day due to my phone , he offered to take a quick look and some how managed to fix it was so grateful this is the type of thing where a staff never takes an interest listened was very impressed as most people would not even listen or be bothered to help. Going beyond.

Recently refurbished, the hotel is fabulous. Comfortable bed, lovely rooms. Great fitness centre and indoor pool. Helpful staff. My only niggle, $70 for valet parking.
