The space
Our recently renovated modern styled barn is equipped with 4 bedrooms with comfortable Queen Beds w/ luxe linen bedding, 3 Baths with showers, a quaint kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, dining room, and two family rooms (one with a pullout couch).

You and your guests will have full access to The Barn at Bald Mountain sitting on Route 22 with a privacy fence on a lush lawn with plenty of space for outdoor games in the Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Nobody likes a ton of rules, but there are some rules that we must follow to respect your host and their property.

1) Absolutely no events or parties in our home -- please treat our space as you would your own.
2) No smoking inside our home. If evidence of smoking (cigarettes or weed) occurs, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. If you smoke outside, it is your responsibility to clean up any butts or ash.
3) Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. We live in a rural area and want you to enjoy the tranquility that the space offers.
4) Check out is at 11am. If you check out after 11am, you will be charged an additional late check out fee.
5) Notice to Vacate - Your reservation ends on your check out date at 11 am.
6) Liability for Damages - If you damage anything inside or in our backyard, you will be charged for any costs incurred by the owner to replace said damage.
7) Right to Access The Barn at Bald Mountain - If there is an emergency, natural disaster, or something needs to be fixed/replaced in a timely matter, we're allowed to enter the property within reasonable notice.
8) Primary guest is responsible for other guests - please share these rules with your guests before and during your stay.
9) Violation of Rules Consequence - All guests must abide by all AirBNB rules and Local, State, and Federal laws. Any violation of rules will result in immediate removal from the property.
