Hotel and staff were amazing! The restaurant which has a bar and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner was very good! The hotel is close enough to walk to downtown or they have a shuttle you can take

Very wonderful stay. Staff and shuttle drivers were extremely friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. Was about 23 mins walking from the ferry to hotel but they provide shuttles. Treated us extremely well, making us want to come back again soon. The hospitality from this hotel was great. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here.

They gave the room away that I was assigned too. They had on the website ocean view and nope.. no ocean view what so ever. Paying $589 a night for a tiny elevator view is wrong and false advertising. The pool was cold. No way that was 75 degrees. The male who was front desk is extremely rude. The only people who helped and where really friendly are the drivers

The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and did their best to help us get into a room early. They were top-notch. You could see all the staff on the property working hard, including in the cafe, which had great food but was severely understaffed. The transport around town was fantastic and a must-have when it's hot. The property itself needed so much repair. Many items were broken in our room, such as the safe, the desk lamp, and the cabinet door to the fridge. The bathroom had mold in the shower and smelled slightly foul. Housekeeping did not replenish toilet paper, and only made one out of two beds. The air conditioner was loud, but not powerful. And we were disappointed that it seemed that the hot tub had been removed from the pool area. At least it was very quiet at night.

Hotel was amazing! Had a great stay for my first time on the island. Special shout out to the ladies at the check-in counter. Super sweet and kind woman with lot of information on the island like transportation, activities, and dining options. 10/10 would recommend to friends and come back.

Great room, food and service.

Lady at the front desk was very nice. We went to check-in before check-in time and since our room was not ready she upgraded our room and got us in right away. Room and beds were clean, comfortable and nice. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and food and service was excellent.

When we got to the hotel, the staff was so welcoming to us and told us all the amenities that we would be able to use while we were there. We enjoyed playing ping-pong and had a nice dinner on the patio by the pool The next day we had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to come, so we decided to walk down town, which was easy because it was all downhill. Next time I will make arrangements to see the botanical gardens.
