When we carried heavy luggage way past the hotel thanks to gps and I called for assistance to find the hotel, received recording that said it was past hours (it was 4:00). I left a voicemail asking for a return call asap to be able to find the hotel. No return call and finally found someone who knew where it was. So we trudged back, then hauled the heavy luggage up the steep stairs. (Leaving on a two-month cruise the next day). No one at desk, rang the bell and the kid came out from where he’d been sitting right behind the office wall. He had to have heard the phone or if he was away, could have checked and heard my voicemail pleading for help. We’re in our 70’s, not prime. Probably took us 20 minutes to get to the hotel after calling, he never called us. So not a good start to our stay. Otherwise, it was good. Especially appreciated the Keurig and flavored creamers, that was perfect! Would like to come back when warmer and sunnier weather!
