Ancient hamlet dating back to the 16th century, situated on the hills surrounding Florence, approx. 10 km away from the city centre. This property has been recently restore and turned into 15 comfortably apartments, all of which elegantly furnished. The hamlet is part of a 35-hectare estate rich in olive groves, vineyards and beautiful cypress-trees. The original architectural features have been preserved and enriched with a charming panoramic swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area.
Distances: Grassina with all kinds of shops 1 km, Florence (railway station, airport) 10 km away. San Gimignano 58 km, Siena approx. 70 km away, Arezzo 75 km, Pisa (airport) 95 km. The Ugolino Golf Club (18 holes) is 4 km away.
Note: The villa has an outdoor video surveillance system
At guests disposal: large furnished outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (14 x 7 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 15/10) with Jacuzzi area. Internet wi-fi available (free wi-fi).

L’emplacement : magnifique, calme, relativement prĂȘt de tous les endroits Ă  visiter Le charme et la taille des logements MĂ©riterait une amĂ©lioration pour l’amĂ©nagement de la cuisine : un plus grand frigo, une plus grande table, un vrai four sachant qu’il y a largement la place dans la piĂšce. Je trouve cela dommage vu la qualitĂ© du reste

We stayed at the villa for three nights and had the whole place to ourselves (group of 30) for 2 nights. It was a magnificent experience - beautiful grounds and pool, delicious catering provided by the lovely people who worked there, and comfortable lodging for everyone. It was honestly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I could not recommend it more highly. Note - there is AC, which is great, but it was a bit temperamental for us in some of the apartments. Otherwise than that, all was great!! Beautiful venue the caterers did a wonderful job on both atmosphere and food. Pizza Night: Pizza was incredible. Best pizza we had in Italy. Atmosphere was fantastic. Selection of pizza and appetizers were outstanding definitely recommend. Transfer Service : Buses did a great job. They got wrong time from Posaraelli but they did an excellent job. Wine Tasting: Absolutely fantastic experience. The tour guide Giovanni was knowledgeable and enjoyable. Dinner on terrace was one of best meals we had in Italy. Dinner Service: The servers were excellent and the food fantastic. The atmosphere created on the outdoor area was well done.
