Got in late and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating....took the time to explain all the amenities and very informative as to what was around the hotel

Waited about 20 mins before some one checked me in. I had to stick my head in the office to ask if they could check me in. Then told me I need to pay again after I showed them that I have already paid on Travelocity. Walked me to the room because I didn’t have keys and and the door wouldn’t open even when house keeping tried. The bath tub in 406 the over flow drain had black mold all in it and was coming off from the tube! The back on the bed had a rip in the head board which they taped

Great room! Per the front desk, the pool was closed due to Covid. This was extremely disappointing.
