The apartment has a lift, WiFi, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning, TV. The kitchen, in American style, is fully furnished for your stay, with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker and kettle.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.
- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.

A fresh looking, generously sized and well furnished apartment with lots of natural light. New appliances and HVAC work well. Each bedroom has an alcove for an added bonus! Stairs are required to use the elevator. Location is excellent! The unit is a little under stocked for a long stay. But, stores to suit one’s needs are right there. We would stay here again!
