Really nice 3 bedroom apartment with all you need for a city trip and more for 5 persons. 5min walk to the metro and bus. 20-30 to the city center. Also nice restaurants approximately 10 min walk if you want to stay close by.

Cosy Appartment for a city trip

We had a very pleasant stay in Javier’s apartment, he is a welcoming person organizing arrival and hand over smoothly. The apartment is on the first floor of an older house in a quite street. Everything was cleaned, the beds comfortable and the sheets and towels fresh. The apartment has a personal touch, nice pictures, deco, and a lot of information about Barcelona and the surrounding area. A Maradona is close by the metro and bus station as well as an Italian pick-up and a Sushi restaurant 3min to walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and enables you to prepare food at home if needed or wanted. We can highly recommend staying here when visiting Barcelona.

Petit appartement bien aménagé avec 3 vraies chambres. Il est dans une rue calme et il y a la possibilité de louer une place de stationnement dans un parking souterrain à 100 mètres. Il est très bien situé pour rejoindre les principaux centres touristiques de Barcelone. Possibilité de prendre le métro ou le bus à 5 minutes à pied. Possibilité de rejoindre la place d'Espagne en 15 minutes à pied. Le propriétaire est très serviable et répond très rapidement à vos questions. Je retournerai volontiers dans cette location. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement car il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. De plus il est très bien situé dans Barcelone. Nous étions bien contents de pouvoir également louer une place de parking à proximité afin d y déposer notre voiture et nous balader à pied dans le centre-ville. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son amabilité et ses conseils pratiques.
