A delightful penthouse with incredible views over the city, it has a well thought-out design which makes it ideal for couples. It has one double bedroom with a double bed, a complete bathroom, a living/dining room with a bed-sofa for two people, a kitchen, and two terraces with a barbecue. It is fully equipped down to the last detail. The kitchen of this wonderful penthouse has all the accessories you might need.

You can catch 2 underground lines from right next to the apartment which, in just a few minutes, will take you to the city centre, Barcelona beach, or the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, Gaudi’s famous masterpiece which is located in the l`Eixample district of Barcelona.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

Great stay at Guinardo

I enjoyed the great views from 2 terraces. The cozy penthouse apartment in a very quiet neighborhood enjoyed the available wifi high speed in apt. Check in instructions were flawless and easy communication with Marcos

Beautiful Views

The views from the large outdoor spaces and fantastic. However, the kitchen is small and the fridge is in another part of the apartment. It would be nice to have at least salt and pepper and a few other cooking essentials supplied.

Best view of Barcelona

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week May 28th to June 3rd. Very comfortable bed and extra large closet to store our clothes and suitcases. Convenient to metro and buses, grocery stores. Great shower in bathroom. Had a bit of trouble with washing machine - no instructions in English. It was dealt with immediately by host. Quiet family neighbourhood but close to all the action within a 20 minute or less transit ride. We are seniors so enjoyed our pasta or fish dinners on the back terrace every night with lots of local, reasonably priced wine. Very tiny kitchen, so don't plan anything elaborate. Cutting board and sharp knives were a plus! Bring your own ground coffee, oil, salt and pepper, clothes washing pods. Really appreciated the clean new kitchen towels, scrubbing pad, liquid soap was supplied in the kitchen, so I was able to leave the things that I brought in my suitcase. Nice neighbours within the building. Host helped us remotely to access the apartment as we do not have email on our phones. We were given the code once inside and keys for front door were supplied in apartment.

Hard to get in - great location

The biggest problem and concern was the check-in process. and accounting of payments. Because the owner uses their own payment tracking and check-in process the correspondence by and between HomeAway and the owner is quite poor. We were notified relatively close to the arrival date that payment had not ben received and therefore our reservation was in danger of being cancelled. As we were already out of the US this gave us quite a challenge to get corrected. Then we were not given information on how to access the apartment until 3 days before arrival - again stressful as we were en-route and had to hope for the best. Then, access is via an app which we had to download while traveling - and as our arrival was to be after midnight, this too was a big concern. Fortunately, the taxi service, a reference by the owner/management company - was able to wait until we had full access. The layout of the apartment is a bit funky with a very small kitchen - so much so that the refrigerator is in the living room. The bed is comfortable and the patios have a good view. Very good aces to public transportation. Pack your sense of humor first and last as they say!

Calidad insuficiente

El piso es viejo, el mobiliario poco cuidado, la terraza da pena. La calefacciĂłn no funcionaba en una de las habitaciones y no consiguieron resolverlo, hacia frĂ­o y tuvimos que dormir en el sofĂĄ cama (2 adultos y 1 niña, con lo incĂłmodo que fue). No se puede ir con niños y carrito, hay que subir un piso a pie. EchĂ© en falta una atenciĂłn mĂĄs cuidada: Ă­bamos con mi familia 3 dias y yo por trabajo, me habrĂ­a faciltado/gustado tener algo de cafĂ©, azĂșcar o aceite para hacer de comer y no tener que comprarlo todo. Es un detalle que no cuesta casi nada y genera muy buena imagen (en otros apartamentos que alquilĂ© en Barcelona si que me he encontrado con esa comodidad). La zona no estĂĄ mal pero no lo puedo recomendar mĂĄs que a estudiantes que solo quieran ir a dormir y ducharse.
