Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in our chic 4-bedroom apartment, ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the iconic Sagrada Familia and metro access. This beautifully furnished apartment offers a serene cityscape retreat with a spacious layout perfect for families or groups.

Living Spaces: Dive into relaxation in our stylish living/dining area, complete with a TV, perfect for entertainment or unwinding after a day of exploring Barcelona. The area is air-conditioned for your comfort.

Bedrooms: Sleep soundly in one of our four cozy bedrooms. The configuration includes two bedrooms each with two single beds, one with a comfy double bed, and another with a single bed, suitable for up to 7 guests. Three of the rooms are equipped with desks, ideal for guests needing to catch up on work.

Bathrooms: Refresh and rejuvenate in either of our two well-appointed bathrooms. One features a soothing bathtub and the other a convenient shower, both stocked with essentials like towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and more.

Kitchen: Whip up delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen that comes with modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy the exclusive use of our private terrace, where you can soak up stunning city views and relax in the outdoor seating area.

Amenities: The apartment is equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens, iron, and safety features such as a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.

Welcome to Barcelona! We hope you have a wonderful stay in our flat. Please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.

2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.

4. No smoking inside the apartment.

5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

6. Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays, but please request this when booking.

7. Tourist tax of €6.88 per night per guest applies to those over 16, for up to 7 days.

8. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. Late arrival fees: €25 after 8PM, €50 after 12PM (paid in cash or by card).

9. Check-out time is 11AM. Luggage can be left in the apartment if no other reservations are pending.

10. Lost keys will result in a charge for changing the lock.

11. On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 3 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!
