The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, with a lovely café just nearby. The staff were friendly and the amenities were great. Highly recommend!

No breakfast available, but good coffee from a machine, & filtered cold water. New hotel, but upkeep needs improvement. Hotel front door did not open or close easily. Room door had to be locked with the room key for security. Did not lock automatically on closing. Basin faucet came apart, spraying water everywhere until turned off. Duty manager immediately reported it to maintenance & offered a free breakfast fror the inconvenience.

We arrived early and the staff was able to check us in to a different room sooner than the original one that we booked (same type of room). Hotel was small, but clean, and staff were friendly and responsive. The location was somewhat inconvenient, but close to a metro entrance.

Very nice hotel. Booked the double king bed room and enjoyed the space. The entrance faces a small playground and there are a few neighborhood shops around. Bus and metro stations are easily accessible too.
