it was christmas so they were short staffed. Also the elevator required a key and it never worked. We were locked out of our room and the elevator 5 times during the stay - i guess this happens all the time.

Front desk staff seem to be linked to Barcelona’s anti tourism group. Just generally unfriendly. We were 3 Adult family & were given only one key. We asked more but refused! Really unbelievable. Luggage guys cut from the same cloth. Efficient & friendly guy in rooftop bar.

the staff was no really welcoming, even the manager which I believe was a lady, she was quite distrustful, stress out. I have been traveling to Sevilla and Madrid in this trip but I have no experience this kind of poor service. Need to talk to the personal to be more welcoming.

Almost a home-run

Excellent hotel. We had a suite room and it was great. Only two negatives: although the view from our room was wonderful, the windows were so dirty on the outside that it was hard to see the view. Also, they need more wait staff in the roof-top bar, especially on Saturday or when it has recently rained (to dry off tables).
