Location was okay, residential family area, safe feel. Hotel was noisy and restaurant staff not attentive. You could hear loud bangs from outside, doors slamming, rooms echoed. Snack bar we had to locate staff to be seated, again to order, again to pay the bill and each time their response was not friendly yet each time they were just sitting around chatting as we were the only people in the restaurant. One reason we chose was to have a relax day before flying home and wanted to use the sunroof deck but it wasn’t available until after 630p so no relaxing in the sun. When it was open there was an event that didn’t allow you to use unless you had reservations which we were not notified about at check-in and it was fully booked. The pool was very small, inside, with little to no seating. Our chill day became a day to walking around the neighborhood or sleeping because there was nothing else/no where else to be. This became an extremely expensive overnight stay that didn’t provide the relaxation we were looking for. We even got notification of a 3hr flight delay and rather that hang at the hotel we chose to hang at the airport.

Over all, my experience with this hotel is better than expected. I am satisfied with the front desk who went extra miles to assist me with the city tour. After a week long cruise, I wanted to see the Barcelona city more. This hotel is close to the airport and provides the shuttle service to the airport, That is why I selected this hotel after the cruise. Breakfast is a little bit pricy , $56.00 for 2, but it has a variety of fruits and food. The breakfast room is well kept clean. Thumbs up!

There was nothing above and beyond about this hotel. Shuttle was free, but the wait was horrible in comparison to other hotels picking up their guest. It was clean. It rained so unable to comment on some of the facilities offered.

VS reality

This hotel barely deserves 3 stars. It's dirty and very basic; the photos don't reflect reality at all. When I checked into my room, there were clumps of dust on the floor, cobwebs on the curtain rods, and three hairs stuck to the bathroom door. I arrived at 9 PM, and the pool and sauna were already closed, so plan your trip accordingly.

Long Watch for shuttle bus from the airport. Staff were excellent allowing early checkin after a very long flight. Reception desk staff were very helpful and breakfast staff were very cheerful

Mostly liked our visit here. However, it was advertised as having shuttle to/from AIRPORT and CRUISE PORT. The airport shuttle was fine but when I tried to schedule the cruise port shuttle I was told it was full. I asked later and was told my room did not include shuttle to Cruise port. That was the main reason we booked this hotel. Seems deceptive to me. We will not book here next visit.

It was good proximity to the airport. We were there for one night due to the cancellation of a flight. Very nice, clean, quiet, and modern hotel. Extremely helpful staff. Appreciated the free airport shuttle! A neighborhood walking distance with a small grocery store and restaurants is nearby.
