The gym was not in good repair and is missing key accessories. Equipment is broken. No cleaning products or towels provided. Only room for two people at a time.

Great place but no usable TV in room

Lovely room and great place. I would have given 5-stars, but they blocked off the HDMI ports on the TV, making it useless if you’re not Spanish.

Amazing Staff! Safe environment! Celean! The AC wasn’t great. The only thing. Also, the TV didn’t have many channels at all, especially for abroad tourist.

Very unique hotel. Amazing rooftop pool. But the bathroom layout is very odd. The water from the shower sprays on the toilet. There is no privacy in the bathroom as the mirror is see through to the bed. Cool if you want to party and are very open with your travel partner! The staff was great for the most part. I had a few maintenance issues in the room that were fixed immediately. But when we wanted to get breakfast at 10:58 we were denied. That was very irritating since they spent the next 10 minutes putting the food away

The staff was great, breakfast was top notch, and I liked my room, but a lot of straight people were staying there; too many women hanging out at the pool. I wanted to be at a gay property on my vacation. Straight people have endless options for hotels in Barcelona, so I don't know why they feel they gave to stay at a gay property.) One issue: the air conditioning in my room was causing a leak from the ceiling for a couple of nights, but staff eventually fixed it.

Xavier was an excellent charming and helpful front desk clerk! Blonde manager was charming! Most of the front desk staff were lovely and helpful as we do not speak Spanish! Thank you for a most wonderful and memorable experience! Barcelona was very enjoyable!

Stay in room 10, which is the standard ground floor. Has basic amenities but still nice with mirrors and see through glass surrounding the bathroom area for. Shower drain was a bit slow to drain (hopefully that can be easily fixed). Pool and gym are conveniently located on the roof.

Great staff, and a trendy smart hotel. Unfortunately my room was on the ground floor and I could smell drains, but it maybe was just a flash in the pan . Pool smaller than expected and never saw anyone on the roof top bar . The staff would make me go again

Great hotel, friendly and comfortable

A lovely comfortable stay, it was my birthday so they kindly upgraded our room, wrote a cute message on the mirror, and we ordered a bottle of carva to celebrate. The room was comfortable with a very large bed, three roof space was nice with comfortable sun loungers, great location and overall we left wanting to visit more from the chain

Overall, it’s a nice hotel — great staff and an amazing location. But the worst part? Absolutely no privacy in the shower or restroom. The doors are see-through glass, and even the vanity mirror is transparent from the bed 😅 Who thought that was a good idea?! Super awkward and honestly just a terrible design choice.
