The room was fine. Issue was no hot water. I work at the local ski hill. Aside from a good sleep all I wanted was a hot shower. I called in the evening about no hot water. Staff said they would call maintenance. About 45 minutes later I checked for hot water, it was actually getting warmer so I thought it should be good in the morning before heading back to the ski hill for the day. Woke up 6am went to shower and water was not hot at all. Not even warm. I told the front desk as I was leaving and they told me they were having trouble with the water and it required someone to come in. They said sorry about that. I would have expected some kind of credit, partial refund, something. But nothing was done. Poor communication and customer service. I won’t be returning to that hotel. Paid nearly $200 for the night, one thing I wanted was a hot shower.
