"I would highly recommend this hotel. While the decor is dated and like taking a step back in time the facility was immaculately clean. I personally loved feeling like stepping back to a simpler time where there are actual books on the nightstands! My room was beautiful complete with kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. There is so much charm in every aspect of your experience at the Royal Scot. The location is excellent for walking around the city and tucked away off the main street. The staff are impeccable. I will absolutely be staying here again on my next visit."

"We were upgraded, which we thought was nice, but we were sent into the lowest lower level depth of the hotel. Cozy yes, but view of the patio, looked like a construction site. Still under some kind of construction. Oh well…Glad weren’t there to enjoy the outside so much. Room was spacious with suite! And full kitchen amenities:) 👍"

"Lovely staff, clean hotel and nice breakfast , which are free. Great underground parking too at reasonable rate. We were offered an upgrade which we accepted but really NOT an upgrade as the bed was in the upstairs loft with washroom downstairs an inconvenience actually and no tv upstairs. Did not realize each room has a kitchen which we did not need."
