The room was very spacious and clean. We stayed there for eight days. It would’ve been nice to have had a dresser to put your clothes in instead of living out of a suitcase that would be my only complaint.

We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly. However, when we checked in, we were told that we can’t leave our dog alone in the room. It wasn’t mentioned on the website when we booked hotel. I also called before we arrived and told we are coming with dog- nothing was mentioned. We planned certain activities and had to change our plans as couldn’t bring dog there. I feel it’s wrong to advertise that hotel is dog friendly and not allowing to leave dog alone. Also my mom and I were almost assaulted by crazy person who walks around hotel daily. Made police report and told hotel about it but it doesn’t seem that hotel took it seriously. So we didn’t feel safe to walk to the center.

The included buffet was delicious and convenient (they will rotate their protein each day: bacon, sausage, ham). They do have the option to check in and out using their online service which they email 24 hours before you check in or out. In person check in process easy, there is a $200 refundable deposit. If you are on the first floor you might hear the floor noise above if they are rolling their luggage or pulling a chair out. Other than that it is quiet.

This hotel is older so the rooms are basic but it is very clean. It is in a desirable area right at Victoria Harbour. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

The location is perfect—just a short walk from the harbor and close to local shops and restaurants. But what really stood out was the breakfast. They offer a fantastic buffet spread each morning, and I was seriously impressed by the variety and quality. There were freshly made pastries, a selection of cold cuts, a salad bar, and multiple hot options like scrambled eggs, sausages, and pancakes.
