Good location, easily walkable to main city attractions. Good parking with friendly staff. However rooms had attempted to be modernised but lacked finesse. Air con unit was a stabd alone ubit and noisy meaning it couldn't be used overnight. Electrics blew when trying to run the kettle and coffee machine. Restaurant, Vista 18 had great views and an excellent happy hour offering.

Everything was good and well clean, close to all amenities. They should provide water bottles In the room for families. Unfortunately there was only 1 water machine which was downstairs on main floor.. and not even cold.. but overall all was well..

Nice and Conveniently Located Victoria Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Victoria. The hotel is located close to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, which was convenient since we were not traveling with a vehicle. We could tell the staff took great care to maintain the property and treat their guests well. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The lobby, pool, and hot tub were very nice. The view from the 18th floor restaurant was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Penthouse dining has great views of the city. Kids menu was great. Rueben Benny was way over powered by the pickled vegetables and eggs were over done. But classic benny tasted fine, minus the over done eggs. Bathroom counters are very low. Great for kids. Tub was clogged. But clean and well stocked.

Walkable distance to most of our planned tourist attractions. The EV charger parking was a deciding factor for us, though parking can be quite limited ($20 per day). The room was clean for the most part, except for finding a strand of hair in the towel, so we used our towels instead.
