I was disappointed with the room. Although up to the standard one would expect cleanliness wise, I had the impression it was set out more for self catering. Also disappointed there was no carpet in parts specifically where the bed is situated unlike many other hotels and motels. Getting out of a warm bed onto a cold floor in the night can be a bit of a shock. I couldn’t fault the staff, they were very helpful and polite.

The room looked over the bike path which had lots of trees. It was nice and quiet. The room needs at least one more chair so that you and a guest can eat at the desk/table together

Lovely check in and check out clerks. Pool looks great, kitchenette was clean and stocked with plates and utensils. I do wish there were kitchen towels available to dry the dishes or a dish rack, but thats only minor. We stayed one night and i would definately recommend it again. The area around has a few different options for eating, a&w, subway, pizza, chinese food and its about a 15 minute walk to the mall plaza which has loads of food and coffee options. Gas station right across the road although very expensive. Overall i would definately recommend this place!

Management and staff is a scam here. The staff passes on false messages regarding services and when complaints are raised, the manager shows how he is least interested in any feedback regarding staff and customer service, defending staff to a point that declining every accusation that’s ON CAMERA The staff has no sense of respectfully attending customers. ‘Manager Chris’ makes false promises of compensation and once you are all checked out, nobody cares. Rather spend a few extra bucks but enjoy the city at a better accommodation
