Had a child with a disability and was not accessible. Had to drop my underage child at the front door alone. Then park around the other side of the building, and walk back to the front doors because guests can’t use any other entrance. Elevator was so small. Barley fit my child with her walking device and our luggage. Was never offered any help from staff.

Well renovated, very comfy rooms. Our suite included every essentials. Lots of parking spots in back. Heated pool was the best thing for kids in rainy days.

Worked Well for our Stay

Service at front desk was excellent. Nice pool with warm water. Nice sitting area around it. Air conditioning worked very well, but a bit loud at night as it turned on and off to keep the temperature stable. Location is okay. 15 minutes to drive downtown, but a 42 minute walk.

I was disappointed with the room. Although up to the standard one would expect cleanliness wise, I had the impression it was set out more for self catering. Also disappointed there was no carpet in parts specifically where the bed is situated unlike many other hotels and motels. Getting out of a warm bed onto a cold floor in the night can be a bit of a shock. I couldn’t fault the staff, they were very helpful and polite.

The room looked over the bike path which had lots of trees. It was nice and quiet. The room needs at least one more chair so that you and a guest can eat at the desk/table together

Lovely check in and check out clerks. Pool looks great, kitchenette was clean and stocked with plates and utensils. I do wish there were kitchen towels available to dry the dishes or a dish rack, but thats only minor. We stayed one night and i would definately recommend it again. The area around has a few different options for eating, a&w, subway, pizza, chinese food and its about a 15 minute walk to the mall plaza which has loads of food and coffee options. Gas station right across the road although very expensive. Overall i would definately recommend this place!
