We didn’t checked in at that hotel since the information of the hotel is deceptive. The hotel picture in the advertisement is not what it looks like. The guest parking is not even at the same building. I am requesting a refund since we didn’t checked in

Dear Ludivina,Thank you for sharing your feedback.It would be really helpful to understand what part you find deceptive.I understand you requested an ocean view at check-in, but we do not advertise anywhere to have an ocean view, as Douglas St. (our address) does not face the water.I am sorry for any misunderstanding! But I am fairly certain we do not display any deceptive information.Our parking lot is half a block around the hotel entrance. We are a heritage building downtown and are very lucky to offer parking so close-by. But please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any assistance or if you have further questions.Kind regards,
