Great new hotel

I booked o line with hotels.com. I thought I booked the hotel up the road. We were do pleased that we will definitely be back on our return home to Buffalo, New York.

We booked a king room about an hour before we were showing up. 15 minutes after we received a call from the hotel saying that there were only rooms with 2 queens, no problem we said the switch was okay. When we walked into our room we noticed the bathroom garbage was still full from the previous guest, as well there was a used shower towel hanging up in the bathroom which made us question if the room was cleaned properly. Gross. The front desk switched us to a different room upon our request efficiently. The next room had zero water pressure in the shower. ZERO. There were people openly drinking in the lobby around 10:30pm which is no problem because they were pretty quiet in the building. When you’re laying in bed at midnight and hear drunk LOUD people on the patio at the back of the hotel it doesn’t help with getting any sort of sleep. Come on, it was a Monday at midnight and the hotel was pretty full. We understand this is a new hotel in the area but we were quite disappointed with our stay. We will look elsewhere the next time we’re in the area.

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Clean, room was nice and big. Only complaint was there is not much green space to walk the dog. This would not deter me from staying at this hotel aging.
