The rooms were good the restaurant was great but I have to say the young lady at the front desk was so rude it caught me off guard she must have been having a bad night or something and I don't want that to negatively effect my review but I had to say something. I was nothing but nice and she just kept being very rude.

Family ski weekend at Winterplace. Skyline lodge staff was friendly and professional! Dinner in the restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip. Great burgers, welcoming staff and family friendly party atmosphere with live music!

The room was in a good condition. Unfortunately we had no hot water the whole time we stayed there. It was just lukewarm. After a full cold day of skiing it is very annoying and disappointing to come to the hotel room dreaming about a hot shower and get no hot water at all for 2 days.The staff said that it is because everyone is taking showers at the same time, but we had no hot water at any time during the day or night.Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel.

A little rough around the edges. It’s a great place to sleep and then go ski that’s about it. The staff was probably the one bright spot. Seems like more of a party spot on Friday and Saturday nights but we never felt unsafe. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay while skiing this is it.

We stayed for 4 nights with 2 kids. It’s definitely nothing special but it’s a place to sleep and conveniently located when you just want to hit the slopes every day. The rooms could use some improvements and better cleaning (found trash under the beds). The restaurant is FANTASTIC!

Downgraded room with no warning. For two years in a row I’ve booked two double queen beds at the Skyline Resort and both times I’ve somehow been switch to full size double. The clerk was very nice and looked into it for me. Someone that worked the earlier shift did an override to give my reservation away. Both of my teenage sons are bigger than me so I drew the short straw and had to sleep in the floor. I hope Expedia can provide a partial refund.
