I arrived at the Hotel and they had no record of my reservation, whether by name or confirmation number. Luckily they did find me a room for an extra fee but as this was prepaid Travelocity should have ensured that the reservation was confirmed. Very disappointed in Travelocity.

Walking into my 1st floor room (by the emergency exit) the first thing I noticed was the floor needed to be swept, and there was a diabetic test strip on the floor. There was no blanket provided, only the thin sheet. I was traveling with my dog; I went to take him out via the emergency exit and it was not closed/secure. I checked to see if I needed to have a key card to re-enter the building; not only did I not need a key card but the door didn’t even close. AT ALL. Slept in my clothes with the door blocked. Next day I noticed the hotel appears to have multiple “permanent” guests. The dumpster was full of discarded furniture. If I could rate this hotel in negative numbers I would. Not safe. Not clean. Never. Again.

Poor maintenance, dirt and hair on bathroom floor, old gum on carpet, tile in shower loose from wall, cheap soaps, paid twice what this place is worth!

Really dirty, no toilet paper or towels in the room. I had to go to the desk 2x to get these items. Second time i went for towels the poor, lone employee was away from the desk for over 10 minutes so i gave up. He was very nice BTW. I didn't expect much for the proce i paid, but i do expect the basics. The building looks like it will fall down. There were multiple holes in the bathroom door,and the walls all had stains and marks on them. Awful.

Just passing thru an needed a cheap room. Had a little trouble finding the entrance as the sign is in a parking lot next door which does not connect.. weird. But check in was quick. The place is old but ok and clean. The bed was very comfortable which is what matters most to me.
