"For the price you pay, you get a very clean quiet hotel. I was very happy with the water pressure and job done by the cleaning staff. It's a great location, 25 minute walk from the west end and right next to the underground"

"The check in/out process was very organized with options for early arrival or late departure (for a fee) which was very helpful to me. Everyone was friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed comfortable but being earplugs for city traffic and car horns of you are a light sleeper. Common are carpets in my wing need to be replaced but my room carpets were clean. Overall great stay! Great location!!"

"An excellent place to land in London after a redeye flight. Easy to get to from Heathrow. Very comfortable king bed, good shower, and if you get a park-view room up high, the branches of great trees wave at you from right across the street. The park itself is wonderfully walkable, as is the neighborhood which offers excellent Indian food and access to the British Library and more. And the hotel has an elevator to help you get there! The toiletries had a pleasant scent (this is super rare in our experience) and the optional breakfast buffet was excellent. Finally, the staff could not be more kind and helpful. The only funny bit was the bathroom sink faucet: it didn't quite reach the basin, so water flowed over onto the floor every time we tried to use it. So while the hotel could use a bit of updating, still highly recommended and we'd love to come again."

"Conveniently located, the hotel was perfectly adequate for the night. My single room was on the top floor up fifty stairs. Not good for anyone with mobility issues. The room was clean but the shower room was a little grimy round the edges. No shower curtain, no shower mat and nowhere to hang a towel, so not ideal. The extractor didn't appear to work either, but I forgot to mention this on departure. Tea, coffee and kettle provided but a spoon would have been a bonus."
