It is a great property. However, around the outside of the shower needs some attention as well as the carpet in the room. There are a lot of noticeable stain marks.

Hot breakfast with healthy items offered and plenty of breakfast options. Friendly staff and warm welcome. The lighting was very dim so it was darker than usual indoors and in common areas. The pool was clean, but work is currently being done to hot tub and outer pool areas.

All staff were helpful and very friendly. Morning breakfast was enjoyable and very pleasant. The only con was the outdated furniture and television. We were not able to watch any streaming services or even hook up a gaming console to the tv in order to do so. Overall I’d rate my stay an 8/10.

The only reason I booked this hotel was the accessible room for a handicapped person who traveled with me. During check-in in I asked for special equipment for that person, but it took 24 hours to get that after calling 3 times. The mattress that I was sleeping on was very bad; the middle of the mattress was deep and caused back pain. I asked them to replace it, but that never happened. The lobby and the lounge are and breakfast area were good and acceptable, but the rooms were not good. Old beds and furniture.

Work on making the carts more accessible, I had to carry 3 large boxes on 2 occasions during my stay. The carts should be returned after use and kept in the lobby for other guests to use when needed. Apparently the guests use the carts and keep them in their rooms and none of the staff members can assist with this. I was disappointed but everything else was fine.

Property was well outdated and smelled of mold, was offered free drinks at happy hour which was nice but they were comparable to rubbing alcohol in potency which wound me up in the hospital with alcohol poisoning after having only a few drinks (normal amount for me) Also spotted some small cockroaches in a few different locations throughout the property to include inside the room I was staying and on a counter in the breakfast area! Would not stay here again unless some serious renovations take place. And certainly would not recommend the free drinks at happy hour.
