When I checked in they gave me a handicap room, which I thought was strange, but ai thought I'd give it a try. It was almost impossible for me to take a shower with the handheld showered and all the grab bars, so I asked to switch rooms. The man at the front desk gave me keys for room 225 and when I tried to use them they wouldn't work. Then an older lady, who I had clearly woken up, came to the door. I apologized and went back to the front desk where to man abruptly told me I had to keep my room as there were no more rooms available. He told me that my handicap room was ordered from Experian, but I went through Travelocity. I kept the room but next morning I had no hot water so I told the lady at the front desk, she checked into it and ended up giving me a new room, and not a handicap one. That was ridiculous.
