We live in an apartment attached to the main house. You will be in the main house. I am very mindful of your privacy and never make use of the main house while you are staying here. I’m available to assist you with any questions or needs during your stay. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located family home.
Walk to Folsom field and CUs campus. Close to pearl street and hiking.
Great open floor plan for gathering friends and family.
I occasionally stay on the property in a studio space.

Visit to CU

we loved the coziness of it, the service from the owner, and especially the location. It was an easy walk to the football stadium, and there are many restaurants etc within walking distance too.

Great Host and Location!!

Location was amazing as a bonus, we used the incredible park and pool behind the property. Also, the host was a great communicator!! Definitely recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay!!

Nice stay in Boulder

Stayed in this house for my nephews graduation from University of Boulder. Great backyard that bumps up to a park With an outdoor grill and nice seating for a family. kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were clean and area
